About

Alex Jensen is an oil painter living in Phoenixville, PA. His love for expression through painting began as an appreciation for conservation as a young boy when he would visit places like Yosemite National Park and the many state parks of his locale in California. After graduating from Cal State Fullerton in 2015, he relocated to southeastern PA with his wife, Abby after falling in love with the volatile climate and teeming landscape blanketed by a deep history of the country. Alex has always felt a deep connection to nature and holds a deep reverence for Old Master painters and how they have been able to capture it through the centuries. After completing his classical training from local artist Randall Graham, his work explores ways to connect a modern world to the timeless lessons taught by Nature.
